At Puranordic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Nordic-inspired beauty routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
